I’ll bet you understand a bit more as to why I’m in Alabama. I ache for Vermont, but on days like that one…i’m in the right place at the right time. Thank you so much, Gail. ~amy
I am so impressed by the quality ( detail and depth of field) of your photos. My camera is good for close up, but I think I need to invest in something better before I go outdoors and take some of the shots of the locality ( I do think that idea of yours is a really good one). Do you have a Nikon and if so, do you have any suggestions about which model might be good? Hope you don’t mind me asking.-Karen
It was a beautiful day. I can’t believe we had snow a few days ago & then to see the bees out & about! a HUGE bonus in living in Alabama, if winter comes, it goes very quickly. Thank you, Nerdycanuck. ~amy
It was! I couldn’t believe so many things have begun to pop up this early. Or maybe I just don’t remember from year to year when things do arrive. We have flowers & snow on occasion. Thank you! ~amy
these are beautiful Amy

WOW! Thank you so much, Karen. I was alone & the gardens were almost empty of visitors. It was so blissful. ~amy

I haven’t been there in a couple of years. I think I’ll make it my reward trip for getting well. Maybe Wednesday if it isn’t raining.
