these little roses, they are about the size of a half dollar, make wonderful bows for gifts. When I have them in a vase & they are on their way out–fading. I take them out of the vase & place them on a window sill that gets a lot of sun light. They dry very quickly because they are so small, about a week. Once they are dry, I hang them up for future gifts.Just tucking a dried rose into this gift box changes the whole feeling.
Wow. That is a mind-blowing thought. Thank you for that compliment, Karen. It means so much to me. I hope I can believe it, I tend only to believe the bad stuff. Good stuff bounces off. But I’m really going to believe it because I feel like my flowers know how much I love them. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ~amy
Your work, your words and the way you ‘see’ beauty and the world spreads so much goodness around. It shines out of you for all the world to see, but yes, i too know how it feels to not feel that inside. I have been working to feel that for a life time. If only you could see yourself how others see you. You would be dazzled! Let’s keep trying…all the people who tell us otherwise can not be wrong!-Karen.
You and flowers speak the same language Amy! Very lovely.-Karen.
