Birmingham Glass Works, LLC… I went inside in search of glass for my artist mother. My mother uses fused glass to build her pieces. Unfortunately for her, her former supplier closed their doors.  The gentlemen that helped me, in this amazing store, said he would do his best to find what she needs…They are located near the Summit in Cabaha Heights. They are a bit tucked away in the hodge-podge part of Vestavia/Mountain Brook. Address is 3226 Cahaba Heights Road, Vestavia, Alabama, their phone # is 205.970.6488.  Nicest people I’ve met in a long while.  I will go back with my camera & do the store justice, if they’ll let me. My iPhone did pretty well to capture the feel of the place. Bringing my Mom back with samples of what she needs & a finished piece of what she creates.  Hopefully this man can help her.
