This are so much more than quite nice, they are FABULOUS! Without the distraction of colour all the tonal , linear and textural values come to centre stage. Your compositions are, as always, simply perfect- Karen

Karen- had you been at the gardens that day, you would have turned around, thinking I was unstable ;). I was laying down on the grass, or on the pine needles, in some of the images I was on the cement side walk. I felt it was ok, because the place was empty. Although quite of few in that series, i was upright. Thank you for your wonderful compliment. ~amy

Its fine, I do that too! All that matters is the shot you are trying to get and for that moment, that is your whole world. That is why we do it I think, so that we become so absorbed that other things can be forgotten. It is wonderful and I think we are both fortunate …..and cursed (and a little bit mad)!- Karen.

π a bit mad? Yes, I think most who know me will agree with you on that! I am very fortunate to have you as my pen pal. You give me strength & permission to continue to do my photography in anyway I need too. Wonderful, fortunate & a bit cursed. I was thinking about the way I see everything, is the reason the inside of my house (other then art studio) is all neutral earth tones, so I won’t go insane with my curse–no, gift of how I see. Too early for me to express what I’m mean very well. Forgive me. Thank you, Karen B. for being a very cool Blessing in my life. π ~amy
