perhaps the flies were tired of landing on garbage & found a softer place to land. Burlington, Vermont

    I have noticed that in the past few years, there were spring/summer periods when bees of all types were nowhere to be seen. Wasps were also few and far in between. Flies of all sizes and colors filled in as the main pollinators until the bees and wasps returned. Depends on what ultimately will happen to bees…
