they will cook things for you. my thirteen year old daughter made me a quesadilla for lunch yesterday, made with our own fresh picked tomatoes & basil.
It is the best gift she could give me. I love all her food. She is fearless in her cooking & seems to have an innate talent for choosing the right herbs & spices. I love it. ~amy
I just blogged today a picture of the pancakes my 12 year old who got up early so she could make us all breakfast while I fed the animals made. I called her my Sunday Blessing!! Teaching children to cook is so important and so wonderful for their self esteem!!
Marvelous. You taught her well. My four very grown children all cook all the time and it is such a gift to be served their food.

I love having a child that LOVES to cook. She didn’t get that love for it from me, but my mother-in-law. It was fantastic, Eva. Thank you! ~amy

That is fantastic! My son has been cooking us full breakfasts (eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, toast) since he’s 7!
