True, true… and I suggest you put them in a brown paper bag to keep the sun off them and put them on the window sill that gets a little direct sun, morning sun is best. The bag filters light, keeps direct heat off them, and keeps bugs off dah produce.

I didn’t know that! We rarely get green tomatoes; ours are usually ‘pre-ripened’ when they appear on the shelves.
