dreams can be challenging. the biggest critic is myself. but if i don’t try (& have fun while attempting the dream.) i might wonder, “what if?” I dislike what ifs.
“Scatter Kindness”… I love this post, because I am a strong believer in random acts of kindness. Sending cards, just because, away from birthdays or Christmas or whatnot. Sending presents to people that you know will appreciate them…and also to people that might not, but you never know. Smiling at someone in the metro. Telling a person that you like their scarf/earrings/bag, that you’ve read the book they’re reading, if they need help doing whatever they’re doing. Bringing cake to class. Sometimes you get something back, sometimes you don’t, but your soul and karma always grow with every experience. Keep on scattering (and taking photos, they’re *gorgeous*!!)
I so agree with you. It takes little effort to smile at a stranger or say hello. We all have the power to improve another’s day, very simply. Thank you for your words & advice, they validate my own. And thank you for liking the flowers! ~amy
Thank you so much, Reggie! I’m very worried about trying something new. But my partner in crime is so very gifted in the selling part of the idea, with her with me. I think I can, I think i can… ~amy
