She becomes a teenager tomorrow. But that is impossible, she was born yesterday.

Sad but true. My baby is 19 now and it still seems like yesterday I was changing her nappies. Enjoy your time with her. She’s beautiful 🙂

I will try to enjoy her, when her head is not spinning one minute to giggling the next! Thirteen is hard. I have an 18 year old ready to graduate & the thought of her leaving the house…well, I just can’t think about it too deeply. Thank you for your advice & compliment. ~amy

I know we have never met, but your daughter seems to simply shines. A guard dog and a big stick might be recommended.

So i’ve been told. She is a tough girl. Far tougher then I ever was. Armed with the knowledge of my teenage years with a few very bad apples, when a big old husky saved me from one assault & another time when my twin brother saved me from another. I scared the living daylights out of them with my stories. Thank you for noticing her shine. She is so beautiful. But also far more powerful then I ever thought a 13 year old could be. I’m very proud of her. Thank you. And we have met, here. 🙂 ~amy

I try to enjoy every minute, but teenage hormones make it a bit harder 🙂 Those hormones make both my daughters antiMom everything. I’m right, sometimes, they just agree for the sake of it. Ugh. ~amy
