Tom Saab, Owner & Chef of Bistro Two Eighteen, wanted to leave behind the history when he chose this site for the Bistro.
The floor is as he found it. Although cleaned, polished & sealed…it adds atmosphere to the whole bistro. The fruit at the bar.Two very nice gentleman gave me permission to photograph their reflection in this antique dresser mirror. This is my lunch, Quiche Lorraine. I am no food photographer, so forgive my first attempts at being one. I ate every bite.My friend ordered this art, i mean, salad for her lunch
the Owner, Chef (& Uncle) Tom Saab. He is the very best of men.
What a great place. I’m 5 hours South of Birmingham, so I get to go through when I drive upstate. It really is a great city. I’ll have to try The Bistro on my next visit. 🙂
Wow, what stunning photography. Not to mention drool-worthy!
