my daughter made this for her Uncle. She found a silhouette drawing of a Cairn Terrier, printed it on card stock & cut him out to use as a stencil on matt board. She then cut him out of matt board. She then took Martha Stewart glitter & Mod Podge & painted & sprinkled her way into this dog. Apply strips of mod podge & add one color of glitter, shake extra off & continue this process until finished. My daughter is 12. I think she made a masterpiece.
