twist me up
even though some vines are killing machines…on their own, they can be art.
flowers for a daughter’s party?
i love this soda company…i love the grape bottles for the blue hydrangea. But…wouldn’t it be cool to use an orange soda bottle with the blue hydrangea?! Opposite on the color wheel would make the whole arrangement POP!

School of the ARTS @ Samford University
How lucky are the local Birmingham residents to have a place such as this. The name has changed, it used to be, ‘Samford after Sundown’. They offer classes for everyone, art, cooking, photography, music and much more. They offer Art Summer Camp for kids, too! For more information: http://www.samford.edu/academy-of-the-arts & their telephone number is 205-726-2739….
nothing subtle about what they make
i loved how this looks…Gus’s is in Crestline Village, Alabama.
having the Birmingham Museum of art in my backyard
with my kids home for summer vacation, we’ve turned to making crafts in the art studio. i decoupaged the cages & the sign onto an ugly birdhouse. i do have instructions for doing so…in this blog (i think the post is titled 2me4art project birdhouses). the Birmingham Museum of Art’s gift shops bags are clear…
not a hard decision
i’m more familiar with seeing a welcome mat
