this parking meter was my favorite. they are used to collect money for the needy. i think it is a brilliant idea, don’t you?  Mobile, Alabama

    Yes, a brilliant idea! When you go to the city of Las Vegas proper, the streets are lined everywhere with modern day parking meters. This makes me so mad, I am cheap and will park well beyond where this things are. Considering the multitudes of beggars in Las Vegas, this is a fabulous idea. And get at least a few of the beggars off the streets in traffic.
