I hope I remember this! I’m not home, but I know there is celery in my fridge. Probably I’ll see it and think, “Why do I have this weird feeling that I should do something with this celery?” lol.

Steph, I do hope you remember. It is so cool to chop off the stocks & put the bottom in a flat bottomed vase & give them a nice cool shower. Such a reward to see new growth within two days! ~amy

Really, really! Romaine lettuce, cabbage, celery, potatoes, onions, garlic all regrow themselves! Google regrow your own food. Celery loved a shower everyday. I dumped the water & spray with the hose at the kitchen sink & within two days I had new growth. It took about a week for the stocks to get that high. Besides, it really pretty beside the sink! ~amy

Can you do this with grocery store celery?

This is exactly what I used! It was so cool because the new stocks came up so quickly. The celery loves a shower instead of a bath. There are so many foods from the grocery store we can regrow. I’ve got onions, garlic & romaine lettuce in the gardens from our grocery store food. Google, ‘regrow your own food” for more ideas! ~amy
