I know exactly how it feels… I lost a 23 year old ginger colored cat about a year ago. So sad… But you have to remember all the good and nice times with your friend.
/P
Wow, 23 years! That would be half my life. I’ve had cats come & go throughout my life. It seems as though the ones that touch my heart deeply die young. I have a male cat right now that pees on stuff inside when I leave for more then five hours- he will live forever. I am sorry for your loss. Thank you for your kind words. ~amy
That is known by everyone, but some forget. I treasure my animals because they are here for a short time to make my life better. I grieve & recognize what a privilege it was to have them in my life. ~amy
Oh, I am so very sorry for your loss. You are right about remembering them. I have pictures of all my loved & lost pets throughout the years hanging all over my house. ~amy
Sorry, I did not mean to disrespect your loss. Each of us copes with grief differently, but such a beautiful cat, surely it’s impossible not to think of him? Sorry, it must be very hard.
Disrespect my loss??? You did no such thing. You complimented my photography & I understood that. That was a genuine thank you for what you said.
I meant I need it today, because the bad things are always louder then the kind things. ~amy
That is so true Amy, it shouldn’t be but it is. Hope tomorrow brings more of the quiet kind things than the loud ones! I think your photography is sort of more-ish, like cakes. Makes things look so bright and good.
He was a beautiful little Tiger…I know you’re still caressing him…
(I have 11 cats actually…)

Gorgeous. The tragedy of pets is how they touch our hearts and then leave us behind. Beautiful memories.
