This is from my 17 year old daughter (She rocks). She portrays me as being in La-La land (i am). That all I care about are my animals, blogging,talking to other mothers & watching Merlin through Netflix (this is all I do because everybody is busy ignoring me) the back of the card are my interests again with her wishes. Now she is ignoring me while being on her laptop (true). All true, but not all the time. That is key. We have hour long dinners, we steal cats from each other’s beds, you know, normal stuff…Happy Mother’s day all you Mothers out there.

When we were kids we bought Mum a letter necklace for Mother’s day. “Why is it an M?” she asked, as her name is Patricia. “It’s M for Mum,” we cried, horrified she didn’t even know her own name.
