I love shadows. When I was learning to paint I couldn’t figure out how to make a shadow look like a shadow. I got on the floor in my art studio & looked at the blinds’ shadow. The shadow didn’t have hard lines, it was not sharp, or all the same shade of grey, if you look at the dull edges you will see they their edges drift away. What i found so interesting about this was, all my life I looked at shadows & saw what I thought saw, until @ age 35, what shadow really look like. So much to learn. And in time, gentle reader, you will learn (that I’m a bit of a moron) I will drift away. I’m sorry, what were we talking about?

What I have learned about you gentle writer is that you are deeply talented. you have a great sense of perception of things you see and then you are able to bring it into light for others to share. I think that is a pretty cool and sweet talent to have. Keep it up please.

Dear Baroness, how could I ever forget your kind words? When people are kind for no reason, i can figure out, it truly is a gift. I picture them as notes and store them away to read on a sad day.

My Dear 2me4art (I really must learn what you’d allow me to call you) Your words made me feel a smile across my lips but one huge one across my heart as well. Its easy to be kind to people who so deserve it. You make it easy to be kind to you and to like you. Someone with an eye for potography as you obviously do is someone with a tender and sincere heart. That’s meaningful to me.
It’s always a two way street cupcake, as my husband always says. Your kindness and support has meant so much to me. You knowing what I live is priceless in a friend.
