We didn't grow these, but what in the world do you do with that white thing?

I’ve been told that it is a squash, but what kind? These veggies are beautiful, thank you Aunt June.

  1. pi Think they are just another summer squash. You can just chop the into a medium chop and saute them in olive oil with a bit of garlic and shallots. They are very mild in flavor and will absorb other flavors nicely.

      1. Yeah, Igive them a bit of scribbing for any soil they may have picked up and a wash cold water. The skin is super thin and tender unlike winter squash. They are good.
