sometimes, stand together. other’s float away with their reflection for company.

all summer long i posted colorful everything. now that the world is losing it’s color, i feel i must follow suit.

finding a monster in my bed

somedays it isn’t worth it to make the bed. i may upset the beastie that has burrowed deep inside the blankets. Ivy is very smart. I should have spent the day as she did.

leaf me here…

during the fall, make sure you remember to look down…because all that beautiful foliage falls. Sometimes, perfectly.

my daughter tortures me…

in the best way possible. goodbye jeans that fit…   don’t ask for the recipe, Sophie saw a photo of this cookie in a magazine…it didn’t give the recipe, she figured it out on her own. BTW…when she took them right out of the oven, the oreos were soft.
