  Hi, Kip used a Nikon D80 w/ a 40mm lens & in some images he had a Vivitar magnifying filter. He shot all of them as hand held, which is extraordinary…he froze a scarf to catch the flakes & hold them still while he manually focused. Super cool shots! Thank you for the compliment! ~amy

  Kip used a 40mm lens & in some a vivitar magnifying filter on his Nikon D80. I was shocked to hear that he shot these without using a tripod! ~amy
