I am pretty sure I took this through glass because there are no red faced bats that I know of. Thank goodness. I love having them come out at dusk & watching them dazzle me with their flying stunts as they gobble up the West Nile Virus…
Maybe there is not enough to eat at your new house? We live with a brook behind our house, I believe that is what brings them. They are fabulous to watch fly!

Interesting you mention having a creek. At our last house, we lived across the street from a lake and they were everywhere. Must look into the bat house as I am mosquito dessert.

Do you have a bat house or do they just come around? Only living two miles from our old house, they don’t come around here as much.
