Please note: The fake owl with the piercing stare to scare away the pigeons. Then there is always the upside down nails for impaling the dumb ass pigeon that decides to ignore the scary owl. Amazingly, (because my younger brother lived in these apartments when he was 20 & they where falling down then) these windows appear to have storm windows nailed into the rotting wood, so the windows will be shut tight until mid summer (because this is Vermont & summer doesn’t reach it until July). If a pigeon decided to impale himself, the renter of this apartment has to look at the dead pigeon, like it’s the middle ages & he lives near the London Bridge with the stakes at the end of it & a rotten head of a traitor or two, being eaten by birds & at night, maybe an owl with a piercing stare. I guess said renter should be pleased he doesn’t have to look at gross bird poop.
