Its called spin art. you can buy them at craft stores. This one was used at a carnival so it was a bit bigger.

We’d do them at fun fairs – should still have one somewhere. Good to know the technique lives on 🙂

We had one at home, we had to beg my mom to use it. One out of one hundred times, she would say yes. She hated the mess it made. But these are much better
