i always thought it was old fashioned to put a mirror, laid flat, on top of furniture. But man, does it make my flowers twice as stunning. The first image is one of my favorite spring annuals, the African daisy. African daisies come in lots of colors & sizes, but the purple are my favorite….

wow. changes happen overnight…i suppose the expression, “When nature calls” it means something completely different for me. i feel the need to go outside every morning to see what is new.

i’ve had many wishes come true in my life, but never the one i wish for when i blow dandelion seeds. maybe they don’t work?
my first roses stun me
these are Joseph’s coat roses. The bloom color can vary from rose to rose…most tend to lean this color.
orange tulips waving goodbye
i bought these tulips, for my daughter, on her birthday. The greens matched her walls, as did the vase, but the bright orange? Well, they packed a wallop, didn’t they?
more color in the beginning, than at its glory?
i love the color better before it opens. amazingly, the flower, before it opens, is shaped as a five pointed star, just as the open flower. how weird is that?!
