my brother’s cat

My brother brought home, to his first apartment at the age of 20, this cat. He lived for almost 20 years & passed away last week.

Our cat, Ivy, was sitting under the dinning room table after having gotten a drink of water. Henry saw the water droplets hanging from the fur on her chin. She looks a bit evil. Perfect for a black cat on Halloween.

i believe they are thinking, “whatcha makin’?” These three belong to my twin brother. Lucky guy!

the old Volvo in the barn

was last driven the year before i got my own drivers license. it is covered in dust…and disrupted with kitten paws.the kitten came right up to me for tummy rubs. Overexposed his eyes of course.

“oh, don’t be camera shy”

“no, that is not the shutter button!” “You’re too close, Hobbes, back up!” “dammit, don’t scratch the lens, Hobbes!” “click”

how dreamy

a bed, that is a front porch swing. I would have loved to have put a mattress & bedding & slept on forever, maybe even a cat to snuggle with.  Fairhope, Alabama

the cat whisperer

This cat worked at an art gallery in Florence, Alabama. This cat liked no one other then my son. Can you tell?
