i bought this birdhouse on clearance yesterday @ Leaf & Petal (summit) for five dollars. I took it home & cut up one of my favorite calendar art pages & decoupaged the camera’s all over the birdhouse. The Hasselblad went on the front b/c my father taught me to shoot with his when i was…
the Southern Magnolia
quite beautiful, i think.
soft curves
hard bricks, strong fence, harsh sunlight & one soft curl
the bull mastiff on the right side of the fence
she is my in-law’s neighbor & when she escapes, she come right on over & makes their porch, hers.
i fell in love at first sight
i’d like to put some bricks on his head though…keep him mine for a little while longer
staring into the sun
didn’t hurt one bit
blueberries keep on coming
This is what we see every single day for the past two weeks. Lucky us! Plant yourself some native blueberries, it will take about five years to have them produce…too many to eat. But it is so worth the wait!
ok, this is really weird
i bought the broken “Amy” sign & randomly just stuck it in one of the garden beds a few months ago. (amy sign was originally a sign that said, “DREAM”) So my Phlox David was only knee high last year, but check it out in this shot. It has grown taller then the AMY sign….
