a wonderful way to use up homegrown banana peppers- homemade chili. I was a bit grouchy (always happens when I cook) but then I pretend the garlic is the object of my disdain (at that moment) & pound the flat out of it. Nice. bonus-keeps vampires away or any creature that sucks the life out…
