We had a slip & slide when we were young, all I remember were all of the rocks under it. I think it hurt & I lost my nerve for all time
straight lines changed by the sun anyway it pleases, I suppose thats why the Sun has so much to do with our day
I love shadows. When I was learning to paint I couldn’t figure out how to make a shadow look ilke a shadow. I got on the floor in my art studio & looked at the blinds’ shadow. The shadow didn’t have hard lines, it was not sharp, or all the same shade of grey, if you look at the dull edges you will see they their edges drift away. What i found so interesting about this was, all my life I looked at shadows & saw what I thought saw, until @ age 35, what shadow really look like. So much to learn. And in time, gentle reader, you will learn (that I’m a bit of a moron) I will drift away. I’m sorry, what were we talking about?
