It is corn, one that made it through a drought looking quite yummy. Any corn that makes it through the drought should be honored & eaten. Maybe even knighted by this king. 🙂

a Southern tradition
Boiled peanuts in a Budweiser keg busted open, add water & peanuts, turn on propane tank, heat until peanuts are slimy when opened. Regrettably, I have no taste for them, but a lot of people must like them. They are sold every 100 feet on the Florida coast.
