flags under a tin roof
The wind was blowing the flags to hard to get them in focus under such low light conditions, but the color is there.
locked tight
I loved this small shed, the doors are falling off, but if you look very closely you can see a small lock on main door. I would be afraid to open the door because I would think the whole building would fall in. & beware of the rusty bobbed wire. Tetanus shot up to date?

a thorn dressing as a flower
That thorn is longer then an inch. Mean looking thing. I wonder why it needs that much protection? What is it hiding? Maybe, like the hydrangea, it tastes delicious so as a result it grew that weapon. Maybe I should dig it up & plant it beside the blueberries.

The green chair sit here all year round, they cast the coolest shadows.

In the middle of that cement stone was a blue hydrangea that some deer or rabbit ate most of. On either side are blueberries that probably didn’t last the night. My husband is putting down the cement mosaic that I made. The letters are made of wood so they will rot & come out leaving…
