I love that the front of these buildings are landmarks-they’ve been here over fifty years or more. The back of the buildings is where the cool paint jobs are.

I mean, are these for real? I tromped around, unwanted, in the florist department at the Western Super Market. It was so worth it!

Mums the word on green being my favorite color flower
Its strange, I cannot find in Nurseries, stores, the internet green mums of any kind. I would love to grow spider mums green or yellow. I guess I might tire of something so special if it wasn’t special anymore. But I doubt it.
The security guard was so sweet, bless his heart
Mountain Brook hires security guards for their one & only strip mall. This place is going to torn down for something that will be very new, very perfect. But I will miss this place, I hope the future buildings will be affordable for all the business that have been here for years & years.
This is the written truth
It took me about 10 years to learn it. Seemed like everyone was speaking lines from a movie that I didn’t know was being filmed around me. At first. Scared me a bit. A lot of those saying can be said with the speaker meaning it or the speaker spewing venom. Welcome home, amy.
