Winter in Alabama is so crazy. It can be 70F one day, then 30F degrees the next. Jack Frost took the pepper mint candy color out of my flower. Crazy weather tricked this to flower too soon. Crazy weather…but no one said it better than my friend Molly as seen above on her Facebook page. I laughed on & off all day long. oh, and she is a Southern as can be.

No Vermont for a while…the damn divorce seems to be taking up far too much free time. BUT, oh, i do pray for next year. Although in summer. Thanks for asking! ~amy

I was sorry to hear that, this morning when I browsed through comments… always difficult, may lead to self-questioning, etc. Now if it can help, there is a mexican proverb that says: “Better alone than in bad company” (Más vale sólo/sóla que mal acompañada…) Really wish you all the best. But then I also think you are a tough lady. So you should “survive”. Otherwise, gimme a “buzz”. Take good care of yourself, naw, ye hear? 😉

In Maine it has ben 50 one day and 10 the next. Torrential rain followed by blowing snow. I heard the cherry blossoms in Portland starting opening in late December! Crazy We say in Maine . . .”If you don’t like the weather, just wait a minute”

I love Maine. I’m from Vermont…we went to Maine quite often. The touristy parts. I suppose your Maine weather is so crazy because of the meeting of wind & Ocean. Vermont…cold, colder, too cold, i’m not leaving the house again until May weather. Alabama is nuts too. ~amy
