I am sorry to be so tardy with my reply. I am offline as much as online, it seems. My joseph’s coat rose is deeply red this year with the most eye-popping ORANGE buds! Our weather has been cool with most nights and mornings, quite foggy or in the clouds. Not the usual springtime here!
Amazing little rose, well, not so little as mine is a climber I keep clipping back to not get caught by those many thorns it also likes to wave about. 🙂
don’t you love joseph’s coats many colors? mine is very red this year… lovely photo!

I love my roses. I’ve noticed if they don’t get rain, they turn dark red, do yours do that too? I mean, does the heat/drought change your roses? ~amy
