They are Lobster bouys, I used to see them at the beaches in Maine. These, however, were hanging in a restaurant in the Gulf of Mexico…no lobsters there, so they were art. I am working on a soft pastel piece of these, they are very colorful. Thank you, Jensine. ~amy
