I have been absent for a while because I have a very sick cat. I have just checked my reader for the first time for ages and I am overjoyed to see this photo which thrills all my senses. a photo which bubbles over with pure joy. it is quite simply fabulous!

Thank you so much, Karen. I hope your cat is better. I’m so sorry to hear that is what kept you from your blogging. I’ve missed seeing you in my reader. I painted that photograph…watercolor about a 20×24 & it sold. When my son saw me post the photograph, he told me that he missed the painting very much. Which is quite an amazing compliment! As is yours. ~amy

Really nice … I’m wondering whether that’s full-frame or heavily cropped? In any case, nice color and good decision to have stopped the droplets. D

Not cropped, i was on my knees b/c i wanted to capture the green & this one was the best out of the few i took. Thank you for the compliment & questions. ~amy

Little drop ballerinas performing some kind of pirouettes before they vanish! This is amazing, it’s like you froze time and took a shot of it! Suspended perfection of a water ballet, that’s what I call it! Love the green tone, it looks really fresh and organic!

The green is what pulled at me for the shot. I was lucky it was the perfect lighting to capture the water…still. It is a favorite of mine. I watercolored it, 20×24 & it sold. My son misses the painting, but he at least has the photo to see. Thank you, Eva! ~amy
